Decades Dance is a signature fundraising event led by Generation NeXt—a dynamic community of professionals in their 40s and 50s united by a deep personal connection to Baycrest and a shared commitment to defeating dementia.

Through fundraising and advocacy, Generation NeXt supports groundbreaking research, innovative care, and prevention-focused solutions that are transforming how we approach aging and brain health. Decades Dance brings this passionate community together for an unforgettable evening, all in support of a future where aging is embraced with dignity.

Since its inception, the event has raised more than $1.5 million to advance research, care, and prevention programs—driving meaningful progress today while shaping a healthier tomorrow for generations to come.
