We are happy to coordinate with journalists, reporters, and media outlets covering stories related to aging, brain health, dementia care, and other key areas of our work.

Guidelines for Media Visits to Baycrest

To ensure the safety, privacy, and dignity of our staff and clients, please review and follow the guidelines below when planning an on-site media visit:

  • The Marketing and Communications department must be notified in advance of any on-site interviews with Baycrest staff or clients.

  • A Baycrest representative will assist in arranging an appropriate location for the interview and identifying the relevant staff or clients for your story.

  • A member of the Marketing and Communications department must accompany all reporters, film crews, and photographers at all times during their visit to Baycrest.
