Tax receipts are mailed between 3-5 days after a donation is received. If you did not receive your tax receipt(s) via mail after 2 weeks of making a donation, please call 416-785-2500 ext. 2064.
E-tax receipts are issued within 12 hours of a donation being made. If you did not receive your tax receipt(s) via email within 12 hours, please check your spam and junk folders. If you still have not received your tax receipt after 12 hours, please call 416-785-2500 ext. 2064.
