Ian M. Hull, BA, LLB
Ian M. Hull is a Partner at Hull & Hull LLP, is a certified specialist in Estates and Trust Law and Civil Litigation. He was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 1990. Mr. Hull is the author of numerous publications, including Challenging the Validity of Wills and Advising Families on Succession Planning: The High Price of Not Talking. He is Chair of the Board of Trustees Law Society Foundation, and a guest lecturer for the Canadian Bar Association and the Law Society of Upper Canada.
Kimberly Whaley, CS,TEP, LLM
Kimberly Whaley is the founder and principal of Whaley Estate Litigation Partners, (WEL Partners), which focuses on wills, estate and trust disputes, elder law, power of attorney disputes and related issues that affect Ontario families. She is also a qualified mediator. Her firm has been ranked by Canadian Lawyer since 2014 as one of the Top 5 Trusts and Estates Boutique firms in Canada. Kimberly is the past Chair of the Canadian Bar Association’s Elder Law Executive Section and current Chair of the OBA Elder Law Section.
